All rights related to the NKKTech brand, including but not limited to:

trade name, logo, and brand identity
domain names and corporate email systems
company profiles, marketing materials, and public communications
products, services, technical solutions, and contracts

are exclusively owned, managed, and controlled by NKKTech Group through its officially declared legal entities only.

As of the date of this statement, NKKTech Group is legally operated exclusively by the following entities, with officially declared addresses:

in Japan, South Korea, or any other country or territory
outside of Vietnam and Singapore.

Any organization, individual, website, or business activity operating under the name “NKKTech” or “NKKTECH” outside Vietnam and Singapore shall be deemed UNAUTHORIZED and may constitute impersonation.

4. NON-RECOGNITION & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

NKKTech Group HEREBY IRREVOCABLY DECLARES:

❗ It DOES NOT recognize any contract, agreement, quotation, commitment, or transaction that is:
- executed under any entity name not belonging to NKKTech Group
- conducted by any unauthorized or impersonating third party
- executed in any country or territory outside Vietnam and Singapore
- conducted without the use of official corporate email domains
❗ NKKTech Group DISCLAIMS ALL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY for any losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising from such unauthorized activities.

5. SOLE CONDITIONS FOR A LEGALLY VALID TRANSACTION WITH NKKTECH

Any transaction with NKKTech shall be legally valid ONLY IF ALL of the following conditions are simultaneously satisfied:

✔ Executed under the official legal entity name of NKKTech Group
✔ Signed by a publicly disclosed legal representative
✔ Conducted via official corporate email domains only:
- @nkk.com.vn
- @nkktech.com
- @nkktech.global
✔ Verified through official communication channels of NKKTech Group

👉 Failure to meet ANY of the above conditions automatically renders the transaction legally INVALID.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION 🔒

This Legal Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and Vietnam.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with:

this Legal Statement, or
the use, impersonation, or misrepresentation of the NKKTech brand

shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore and/or Vietnam, to the exclusion of all other jurisdictions.

7. FINAL LEGAL WARNING

Any act of:

impersonating NKKTech
unauthorized use of the NKKTech name, logo, or identity
misrepresentation of legal affiliation

may constitute:

intellectual property infringement
unfair competition
cross-border commercial fraud
