1. BRAND OWNERSHIP & LEGAL STATUS

NKKTech / NKKTECH is an exclusive, legally owned, and non-transferable brand of NKKTech Group.

All rights related to the NKKTech brand, including but not limited to:

  • trade names and trademarks
  • logos, visual identity, and brand assets
  • official domains, websites, and online systems
  • corporate profiles, marketing materials, and public communications
  • products, services, technologies, and contracts

are exclusively owned, managed, and controlled by NKKTech Group through its officially declared legal entities only.

Any unauthorized use of the NKKTech or NokaSoft name is strictly prohibited.

2. OFFICIAL LEGAL ENTITIES & REGISTERED ADDRESSES

(THE ONLY LEGAL ENTITIES OF NKKTECH GROUP)

As of the effective date of this statement, NKKTech Group operates legally and exclusively through the following entities, with the officially registered addresses below:

2.1. NKKTech Software Co., Ltd. (Vietnam)

  • Country: Vietnam
  • Registered Address:
    5th Floor, NewSkyLine Building, Van Quan Urban Area,
    Ha Dong District, Hanoi, Vietnam
  • Role: Software development, R&D, and technical delivery in Vietnam

2.2. NKKTech Global JSC (Vietnam)

  • Country: Vietnam
  • Registered Address:
    5th Floor, NewSkyLine Building, Van Quan Urban Area,
    Ha Dong District, Hanoi, Vietnam
  • Role: NKKTech Global brand entity in Vietnam,responsible for domestic business operations, contracts, and brand representation

2.3. NKKTech Global Pte. Ltd. (Singapore)

  • Country: Singapore
  • Registered Address:
    18 Sin Ming Lane, #07-13,
    Midview City, Bishan,
    Singapore 573960
  • Role: International legal entity responsible for global business, contracts, and clients

👉 Other than the entities and addresses listed above, NKKTech Group has NO other companies, branches, offices, or organizations anywhere.

3. OFFICIAL DOMAINS & ONLINE SYSTEMS

The only official and authorized domains of NKKTech Group are:

Only websites, email systems, and technical resources operated directly under the domains listed above are considered official and valid.

Any website, domain, subdomain, or online system using similar names or implying affiliation with NKKTech Group but not belonging to the domains above is unauthorized and has no legal validity.

4. NO JAPAN OFFICE – NO AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

NKKTech Group explicitly and unequivocally declares that:

  • We do NOT have any legal entity in Japan
  • We do NOT have any branch or representative office in Japan
  • We do NOT authorize any individual, partner, agent, reseller, or company to represent NKKTech in Japan

This declaration applies without exception.

Any claim to the contrary is false and legally invalid.

5. WARNING AGAINST IMPERSONATION & FALSE CLAIMS

Any individual, organization, website, or company using or claiming names such as:

  • “NKKTech Japan”
  • “NKKTech Co., Ltd. Japan”
  • “NKKTech Japan Office”
  • “NKKTech Japan Representative”
  • “Nokasoft Japan”
  • or any similar name suggesting affiliation, partnership, representation, or authorization

is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or related to NKKTech Group in any form.

Such claims are false, misleading, and unauthorized, and may constitute impersonation, trademark infringement, unfair competition, and/or commercial fraud.

6. VALID CONTRACTS, INVOICES & COMMUNICATIONS ONLY

Only documents, transactions, and communications that satisfy ALL of the following conditions are considered valid and legally binding:

  1. Issued by one of the official legal entities listed in Section 2
  2. Sent from email systems operating under the official domains:
    @nkk.com.vn or @nkktech.com
  3. Executed by officially disclosed legal representatives of NKKTech Group

Any contract, quotation, invoice, or communication that does not meet these conditions is invalid and unauthorized.

NKKTech Group bears no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage arising from dealings with impersonated or unauthorized parties.

7. TRADEMARK MISUSE & LEGAL ENFORCEMENT

Any unauthorized use of the NKKTech or NokaSoft name, trademarks, logos, brand identity, or reputation — including on websites, domains, social media, printed materials, or business communications — is strictly prohibited.

NKKTech Group reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions, including but not limited to:

  • trademark and intellectual property enforcement
  • civil actions for unfair competition and misrepresentation
  • criminal complaints where applicable
  • domain takedown requests and platform abuse reports

Such actions may be pursued globally and without prior notice.

8. OFFICIAL VERIFICATION

The only official and legally recognized information of NKKTech Group is as follows:

  • Official domains:
    https://nkk.com.vn
    https://nkktech.com
  • Legal entities: Vietnam and Singapore only (as listed in Section 2)
  • No office, legal entity, or representative in Japan or any other country

Any information contradicting this statement should be treated as unauthorized.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam and Singapore.

NKKTech Group reserves the right to pursue legal enforcement in any applicable jurisdiction.

10. FINAL & BINDING STATEMENT

This document constitutes the official, final, and legally binding public statement of NKKTech Group regarding:

  • brand ownership
  • official legal entities and registered addresses
  • official domains and online systems
  • scope of operations
  • representation authority
  • anti-impersonation position

Any statement, claim, or representation inconsistent with this notice is invalid and has no legal effect.
